小夏蕾貼心提醒,麵包保存方式及其加熱方式如下

#麵包保存期限:常溫 2 天/冷藏 3 天/冷凍 30 天(包括購買當天)

#自製餡料含紅豆或鹹麵包貝果土司類,例如:培根/德國香腸乳酪/蔥花/肉鬆,
常溫 1 天/冷藏 2 天/冷凍為 30 天(包括購買當天)

*常溫:麵包請存放於陰涼處。
*冷藏:麵包請存放於 2 度-5 度的冰箱。
*冷凍:麵包請存放於-18 度的冰箱。

麵包回溫及回烤方式:

#麵包回溫:
請將冷凍麵包拿出來放到常溫約 1 小時後回溫變軟即可食用。

#烤箱回烤:
首先預熱烤箱到 150 度或預熱 5 分鐘左右,再將已於前一天冷藏解凍或冷凍的麵包,放 入烤箱烤約 2-3 分鐘,即可享用。(若是未解凍麵包,建議表面先噴水再烤,烤的時間 以表面水分烤乾為準)。

#電鍋回蒸:
請於外鍋倒入 3 分之 1 杯的水,再將冷凍麵包放入電鍋盤子內蒸,電鍋自動跳起, 即可享用。

#珍珠糖粒泡芙當天未食用完畢,請立即冷凍保存,約可冷凍 30 日。不需解凍,烤箱預 熱約 120 度,約烤 3-4 分鐘烤酥即可。火力請斟酌不可太大,不然表面容易烤焦。

Bread rewarming and rebaking methods:

#Breadwarming:
Please take out the frozen bread and bring it to room temperature for about 1 hour before it becomes soft and can be eaten.

#Oven back baking:
First, preheat the oven to 150 degrees or for about 5 minutes, then put the bread that has been refrigerated, thawed or frozen the day before and bake it in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, and then you can enjoy it. (If the bread is not defrosted, it is recommended to spray water on the surface before baking. The baking time shall be determined by drying the surface moisture).

#Electric pot resteaming:
Please pour 1/3 cup of water into the outer pot, then put the frozen bread into the electric cooker plate to steam. The electric cooker will automatically jump up and you are ready to enjoy.

#Pearl Sugar Puffs
If you have not finished eating them on the same day, please freeze them immediately. They can be frozen for about 30 days. No need to defrost, preheat the oven to about 120 degrees and bake for about 3-4 minutes until crispy. Please consider the firepower not to be too high, otherwise the surface will be easily scorched.
